Mr. Anurath Abeyratne is a distinguished Sri Lankan entrepreneur and industrialist who has played a significant role in shaping the country's diversified industrial landscape. Beginning his career in accounting and gaining early exposure to the construction and manufacturing sectors, he established the SPA Group in the mid-1980s, expanding into multiple industries, including packaging, industrial solid tyres, garment accessories, renewable energy and industrial equipment.

Building on this success, he founded Anunine Holdings (Pvt) Ltd., which has grown into a diversified business group employing over 2,500 people across multiple sectors. His leadership is defined by entrepreneurial vision, innovation, ethical business practices and a commitment to sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

In recognition of his outstanding contribution to Sri Lankan enterprise, he received the Sri Lankan Entrepreneur of the Year - National Platinum Award in 2015. Beyond business, he is a strong advocate for sports and community development, particularly in his home city of Panadura.

Saveen is a second-generation family business leader and Managing Director/CEO of Anunine Group, a diversified business group with over 2,000 employees operating across nine industries, including packaging, tires, sugar, paper, garment accessories, renewable energy, recycling, trading, and agriculture.

Since 2018, he has played a key role in transforming Anunine from a traditional family-run business into a professionally managed corporate group by establishing corporate and shared-service functions, strengthening governance, and driving strategic management.

He has led the alignment of the Group's businesses under Anunine Vision 2030, integrating strategy, performance, values, and long-term objectives. Saveen currently serves as Managing Director of KSPA Packaging and CEO of ATIRE, while holding directorships across the Group's strategic business units. His leadership focuses on innovation, growth, organizational capability, execution, and long-term value creation.

Nalin Anthony brings over 25 years of experience across multinational and local companies in business leadership, sales, finance and strategic management.

He joined the Group in 2017 as CEO of KSPA Packaging and KSPA Accessories, later working closely with the Board and leading the Group and SBU finance teams.

Appointed Group CEO on 1 April 2026, he leads the Group’s strategy and operations, focusing on sustainable growth, operational discipline and long-term value creation.

His qualifications in management, finance, marketing and law complement extensive executive experience, bringing a broad commercial perspective to leading businesses and developing teams.

Joseph has served as General Manager of KSPA Accessories (Pvt) Ltd since July 2026, leading daily operations, driving business priorities and aligning cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance, customer satisfaction and overall business Execution.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Widener University, USA, and brings seven years of international experience in business and manufacturing leadership across Myanmar, Sri Lanka and the United States. His expertise spans factory establishment, production and operations management, business development and cross-border Operations.

Throughout his career, Joseph has played a key role in establishing overseas subsidiaries, building operational teams and overseeing end-to-end manufacturing activities, including procurement, production planning, quality management, cost control and order fulfilment.

Combining financial acumen with hands-on operational expertise and international business exposure, Joseph brings a results-oriented approach to strengthening operational efficiency, improving execution and supporting sustainable business growth at KSPA Accessories.

Dinuka Lokuketiya is a seasoned marketing and commercial leader with over 25 years of experience driving business growth, strengthening market positions, and building high-performing teams across diverse industries.

As Chief Marketing Officer of KSPA Packaging (Pvt) Ltd, he plays a strategic leadership role in shaping marketing direction, accelerating sales growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and expanding market opportunities across the corrugated carton and flexible packaging sectors. His leadership approach combines strategic vision, commercial acumen, and a strong focus on team development, customer value, and sustainable business performance.

He holds an MBM in Marketing from the University of Kelaniya and an MSc in Strategic Marketing from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, where he earned a Gold Medal and Distinction. He is also a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Professional Marketer.

Kasun Mayadunne leads Group Internal Audit at Anunine Holdings, bringing extensive experience in internal auditing, risk management, internal controls and financial governance. His professional experience spans diverse industries, including manufacturing, FMCG, renewable energy, automotive, hospitality, education, telecommunications and financial services.

He holds a Master of Business Studies and a BBA (Special) in Accounting from the University of Colombo. He is an Associate Member of CIMA (UK), a Fellow Member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka, and holds additional professional qualifications and affiliations in accounting, taxation and management.

With expertise in risk assessment, control evaluation, audit execution and forensic accounting, Kasun plays a key role in strengthening corporate governance, enhancing accountability and improving operational effectiveness. Through his leadership, he supports Anunine Holdings in safeguarding organizational value and reinforcing robust risk management and internal control practices across the Group.

Manoj Rathnayake has led Human Resources and Organization Development at Anunine Holdings since 2024, providing HR leadership across the Group’s nine industries and a workforce of over 2,000 employees. With more than two decades of experience in Human Resources, he brings extensive expertise in organizational restructuring, competency development, talent management and organizational effectiveness.

He holds a BSc (Special) in Human Resource Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and an MBA from the University of Wolverhampton, UK.

A Chartered Member of CIPM Sri Lanka, Manoj is also a certified trainer and process auditor who contributes to Anunine Academy’s learning and development initiatives. Through his leadership and commitment to continuous learning, he plays a key role in strengthening organizational capabilities, developing talent and supporting the Group’s long-term growth and transformation.

Ushan Hewage leads Group Procurement at Anunine Holdings, driving procurement transformation, strategic sourcing and value creation across the Group’s diversified business portfolio. Since joining Anunine in 2022, he has focused on centralizing procurement operations, strengthening governance, optimizing costs, improving working capital efficiency and advancing procurement digitalization.

He holds an MBA from the University of Wales, UK, a BSc in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Moratuwa and over 18 years of experience in Supply Chain management.

His contributions to procurement excellence have received national recognition, including multiple awards at the 2024 and 2025 National Supply Chain Excellence Awards for advancing supply chain performance at Anunine Group companies. Through his strategic leadership, Ushan continues to strengthen procurement capabilities, deliver sustainable cost efficiencies and support the Group’s long-term growth.
